After a week, they open their eyes to acquire the color of their fur and their eyes.
In general, they acquired the color of their parents just by looking in the eyes (or the whole body)
When they become old kitsune, their fur becomes white or gold (like others Kitsune)

For this kitsune species of that is Ashivara and his family, they also acquired the type of elements and their weaknesses (such as Pokemon)
